How has the landscape of helping Iowa families and individuals to prevent homelessness or getting them back on their feet after experiencing homelessness changed in recent years? What are the most pressing needs? What it the largest challenge you face in serving this audience day-to-day? What successful innovations have you put in place? If you had a magic wand, what is one thing you wish you could change about how services are delivered? This peer-to-peer conversation aims to identify trends, imagine solutions and discuss best practices among providers. Don’t miss a discussion on trending topics including staffing challenges, innovative ideas and more. This session is intended for anyone involved in homeless system response and identifying housing for our most vulnerable neighbors including, but not limited to, Continuum of Care (CoC) staff and/or leadership, program administrators, direct service staff/program management, landlords and property managers and recipients and subrecipients of Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) and CoC funding.
