Iowa Finance Authority Homeownership Programs - Half Day Session

Learn about Iowa Finance Authority’s mortgage and down payment programs and how they could benefit your homebuyers in today’s market. This session is designed for loan officers, lender operations team members, Realtors®, housing counselors and others interested in learning about State of Iowa homeownership programs. The IFA team will provide an overview of each program, including program features, details on eligible buyers, tips for a successful partnership with the programs, frequently asked questions, marketing tools and most of all…how Iowa real estate professionals can offer the program to their clients!

This session also serves as the annual IFA Ambassador and Preferred Lender and Realtor® training. The designation is open to all IFA Participating Loan Officers and all Iowa Realtors® that attend this half-day training, meet other eligibility requirements and applied and were approved for designation eligibility in advance.
