Innovation in Housing Pitch Competition

OPPORTUNITY TO TURN INNOVATIVE IDEAS IN HOUSING INTO A REALITY TO MEET STATE HOUSING NEEDS

This not to be missed and first of its kind session will showcase development teams that have been named as finalists in the newly created and groundbreaking Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Innovation Set-Aside award competition. The session will feature highly innovative projects that respond to a state housing need with a unique approach that otherwise may not be eligible under the regular parameters of the LIHTC program. Projects may serve special populations or use innovative construction, financing or operations, unique partnerships or other innovations.

Attendees will have a front row seat as development teams pitch their innovative housing development proposals to a panel of industry experts for an opportunity for up to $1 million in Federal Housing Tax Credits to make their project a reality in an Iowa community!
